1. Data protection at a glance

General information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to our privacy policy set out below this text.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find the operator’s contact details in the section “Information on the controller” in this privacy policy.

How do we collect your data?

On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data you enter into a contact form.

Other data is collected automatically or with your consent by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?

Some of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Where contracts can be concluded or initiated via the website, the data transmitted is processed for contract offers, orders or other order enquiries – in the case of the AI consultation, this means carrying out the booked consultation.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the rectification or erasure of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of data protection.

Analysis tools and third-party tools

This website records visitor numbers with the self-hosted statistics software Matomo – without cookies and with a shortened IP address. No other third-party analysis or advertising tools are used. Details can be found in the section “Visitor statistics (Matomo)”.

2. Hosting

We host the contents of our website with the following provider:

External hosting

This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host(s). This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

External hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s end device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Our host(s) will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil their service obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.

We use the following host(s):

Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus

Data processing on behalf of the controller

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. General information and mandatory information

Data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data by which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Information on the controller

The controller for data processing on this website is:

Elena Fischer
c/o IP-Management #12218
Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18
20459 Hamburg

Email: fischer (at) aiastrologie.com

Phone: +49 7161 6533922

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, email addresses, etc.).

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for erasure or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be deleted once these reasons no longer apply.

General information on the legal bases for data processing on this website

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, where special categories of data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR are processed. In the case of express consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information in your end device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), data processing is additionally carried out on the basis of Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time. If your data is required for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data where this is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information on the legal bases applicable in each individual case is provided in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.

Recipients of personal data

In the course of our business activities, we work with various external parties. In some cases, this also requires the transfer of personal data to these external parties. We only pass on personal data to external parties if this is necessary in the context of fulfilling a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. passing on data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the transfer pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or if another legal basis permits the transfer of the data. When using processors, we only pass on personal data of our customers on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement is concluded.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to data collection in specific cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

IF DATA PROCESSING IS CARRIED OUT ON THE BASIS OF ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED, UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(1) GDPR).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(2) GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of infringements of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done where technically feasible.

Information, rectification and erasure

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, where applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you contest the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
  • If we no longer need your personal data but you need it for the exercise, defence or establishment of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balancing of your interests and ours must be carried out. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may – apart from its storage – only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.

SSL and TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Payment via external payment services

No payment data is collected or stored on this website. Payment is made directly with the respective payment service (PayPal or Stripe): the customer enters their payment data (e.g. bank account details or credit card number) directly with the payment service. Account numbers, credit card data or payment amounts never reach the website operator at any time; we only receive confirmation from the payment service that the payment has been made, together with the associated booking details.

All connections – both to this website and to the respective payment service – are SSL or TLS encrypted. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock symbol in the address line of the browser.

Objection to advertising emails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published in the context of the legal notice obligation for the purpose of sending advertising and information materials not expressly requested. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam emails.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analysis, tracking or advertising purposes. No cookie banner is displayed because none is required; no consent is necessary.

For the operation of the AI consultation, a technically necessary session identifier may be stored so that an ongoing conversation is assigned to the correct session. This storage is required for the service (Section 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and does not serve any tracking beyond the consultation.

During the payment process, the payment services (PayPal, Stripe) may use cookies on their own pages; the respective providers are responsible for this (see section “Payment services”).

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website – the server log files must be collected for this purpose.

Visitor statistics (Matomo)

We use the open-source software Matomo to count visits to this website. Matomo runs on our own server (esoterikfans.com/statistik); the data remains with us and is not passed on to third parties.

The data collected comprises the page viewed, the referring page, browser and device type, date and time, and the shortened (anonymised) IP address. This does not allow identification of individual persons. In our configuration, Matomo does not set any cookies and does not access information in your end device; consent is therefore not required.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the anonymised evaluation of visitor numbers to improve our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to the collection at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).

Fonts and content

All images, fonts and program components of this website are stored on our own webspace and loaded from there. No content is loaded from external servers; in particular, no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font service. The only exception: the statistics program Matomo is loaded from our own server esoterikfans.com (see section “Visitor statistics (Matomo)”). Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any external third party.

Use of AI on the website

We use AI-supported services and / or applications on our website.

We use artificial intelligence (AI) on our website as follows:

The AI astrologers Leo, Neo Premium and Kosmiel conduct astrological consultation conversations with users in the chat (text and optionally voice). For this purpose, the first name, birth data and conversation content are transmitted to the AI service provider Anthropic PBC (USA); speech output is provided via Google Cloud Text-to-Speech.

When you interact with elements on our website in which artificial intelligence is used (the chat with an AI advisor), your inputs including metadata are processed in order to generate an appropriate response.

The use of these AI-supported functions is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the booked consultation). If consent is required, processing in this respect is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can revoke your consent at any time.

Further information on the data processing of this tool or service can be found at the relevant point in this privacy policy.

Enquiry by email, telephone or fax

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.

The data you send to us via contact enquiries will remain with us until you request its erasure, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. AI-supported astrological consultation (Leo, Neo Premium, Kosmiel)

Nature and scope of processing

Via this website and the consultation pages accessible through it, we offer a paid, AI-supported astrological consultation as well as a free introductory offer. The conversations are not conducted by a human being, but by an artificial intelligence program. We expressly inform you of this before the start of every conversation, and you confirm this notice before the conversation begins (Art. 50(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — the AI Act).

The following data is processed:

  • Your first name or the name under which you wish to be advised
  • Your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth (the basis of every astrological calculation)
  • For partnership analyses, additionally the birth data of the person you wish to talk about
  • The entire course of the conversation with all information you provide voluntarily
  • Time, duration and technical identifier of the session
  • For paid consultations: the payment identifier of your booking and the timestamps of your consents

Please note: You decide for yourself what you write in the conversation. We only ask you for your birth data. Everything else you provide voluntarily. Please do not share, if possible, any information about health, sex life, religion, political opinions or origin, and no data about persons who are unaware of this.

Purpose and legal basis

In the case of the paid consultation, the processing of your name and your birth data as well as the course of the conversation is carried out for the performance of the consultation contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without birth data, an astrological consultation is technically not possible. For the free introductory offer, the dedicated section further below applies.

If, during the conversation, you voluntarily provide information concerning special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR — for example relating to health, sex life or belief — we process this exclusively on the basis of your express consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. You give this consent by ticking a separate checkbox before the conversation begins. You can revoke it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR); the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected.

Use of an AI service provider (Anthropic)

For the consultation, we use the language models of Anthropic Ireland, Limited, Dublin, Ireland, via their paid programming interface (Commercial API). Your inputs and the data required for the consultation are thereby transmitted to Anthropic and may also be processed in the USA by the parent company Anthropic, PBC, 548 Market St, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

A contract for data processing on behalf of the controller pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (Data Processing Addendum) is in place with Anthropic and forms part of the Commercial Terms. The transfer to the USA is carried out on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

According to its own statements, Anthropic does not use the data transmitted via the Commercial API to train its models and, as a rule, deletes it no later than 30 days after processing.

Details: anthropic.com/legal/privacy and anthropic.com/legal/data-processing-addendum

Speech output (only for advisors with a voice)

Advisors that speak with a voice have their response text read aloud by the Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API of Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Velasco, Clanwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. In this process, the text of the response is transmitted to Google and converted into an audio track. Only the advisor’s text is transmitted — not your inputs, not your name and not your birth data.

For these advisors, speech output is an integral part of the booked service; for advisors without a voice, no transmission to Google takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (provision of the booked service with speech output). A data processing agreement (Cloud Data Processing Addendum) is in place with Google, which incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.

Details: policies.google.com/privacy

Microphone

If you wish, you can speak your message instead of typing it. The conversion into text is carried out by your own browser, not by our server. For this purpose, your audio recording is transmitted by your browser to its manufacturer and converted into text there. Which company this is depends on which browser you use; further details can be found in your browser’s privacy notices. Only the written text reaches us — we do not receive the recording itself and have no access to it. You can still edit the text before sending it.

Voice input is a voluntary additional function; you can type instead at any time. Your browser asks you for permission before first use. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can revoke at any time by withdrawing the microphone permission in your browser.

Free introductory offer

For the free introductory offer, we process your first name, your birth data and the course of the conversation. The birth data is used for the astrological calculation. If you voluntarily provide information within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, your express consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, which you give before the start by ticking a separate checkbox, applies here as well. You can also speak your questions; the section “Microphone” applies in that case.

The conversation is recorded so that we can detect misuse, prove in the event of a dispute what was said, and improve the offering. The recording is deleted after three months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in securing evidence and in preventing misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to the processing at any time.

To limit multiple uses, we store your email address in encrypted form, as a non-reversible hash value. The legal basis for this is likewise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Age verification and minors

Our offerings are aimed at persons aged 18 and over. Before starting, you confirm your age; in addition, the date of birth you provide is checked.

If this indicates an age under 18, the conversation will not be continued. Minors can only be advised if a parent or legal guardian has given prior consent, supervises the use and has provided us with proof of this (see Section 1.4 of our Terms and Conditions). If payment has already been made without this proof, we will refund the amount in full.

Automated checking of messages (safety check)

To protect you and us, a technical procedure automatically checks the messages within a conversation for a small number of narrowly defined cases: indications of an acute crisis (suicide or danger to others), of an age under 18, of questions on topics we do not advise on, and of insulting or grossly sexualised language. Both your messages and the advisor’s responses are checked before they reach you. If the procedure detects such a case, the system responds with a fixed notice text, or the conversation is ended.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the protection of vulnerable persons, in the protection of minors and in the prevention of misuse.

No automated decision-making with legal effect or similarly significant impact within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. A human being decides on any refund and on every further consequence in each individual case.

The advisor’s memory

You decide for yourself whether your advisor may remember you on your next visit. If you choose to be remembered, we store your name, your birth data and the most important points of the previous consultations so that you do not have to provide this information again. Since these points may also contain voluntary information from specially protected areas of life, this storage is carried out on the basis of your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.

You can have this memory deleted at any time. Below the chat window you will find the link “Privacy · Revocation & Erasure” for this purpose; an email to fischer (at) aiastrologie.com or a phone call is equally sufficient. To ensure that no one can delete another person’s data, we confirm the erasure via a link sent to the email address with which the consultation was paid. After the erasure, the advisor no longer knows you; on a later visit, you enter your data anew. We record your choice and the time of the erasure so that we can prove them.

Excluded from the erasure are the retention for evidentiary purposes described below as well as invoices and payment records that we are legally required to retain (Art. 17(3)(b) and (e) GDPR).

Retention of consultation conversations for evidentiary purposes

Because our advisors are artificial intelligence, we additionally keep every consultation conversation in a separate archive. Stored are the course of the conversation, your name and your birth data, the timestamps of your consents, the payment identifier and, where applicable, the time of an erasure.

The sole purpose is the securing of evidence: we must be able to defend ourselves against unjustified claims, against fabricated or altered conversation transcripts and against payment chargebacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; if a conversation contains information within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, the retention is additionally based on Art. 9(2)(f) GDPR (establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims).

This archive is not readable by the advisors and their tools. Only the owner has access.

If a conversation concerns a complaint, a refund request, a suspicion of misuse or a legal dispute, we retain it until the matter is finally resolved. Whether a conversation is included in this separate archive is decided exclusively by the owner personally. No automated evaluation of conversations takes place for this purpose, nor does any automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Retention periods:

WhatHow long
Consultation conversations in the evidence archiveuntil the end of the third calendar year after the conversation (Sections 195, 199 of the German Civil Code (BGB))
Conversations at the free introductory table3 months
Conversations involving a concrete suspicion of dispute or frauduntil the matter is finally resolved
Confirmation and appointment emails6 years (Section 257(4) of the German Commercial Code (HGB))
Invoices and payment records8 years (Section 147(3) of the German Fiscal Code (AO), Section 257(4) HGB, Section 14b of the German VAT Act (UStG))

After expiry of the period, the data is deleted.

Session duration and technical storage in the browser

For the duration of your consultation, your browser stores a technical identifier of your session so that the conversation is not interrupted and the booked time runs correctly. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you have expressly requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); no consent is required for this.

Withdrawal via the withdrawal function

If you declare a withdrawal via the button “Withdraw from contract”, we process your name, the details identifying the contract and the email address you provide, in order to send you the legally required acknowledgement of receipt and to handle the withdrawal. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB)) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The withdrawal function is provided by eRecht24 GmbH & Co. KG, Lietzenburger Straße 93–95, 10719 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter “eRecht24”). When you click on “Withdraw from contract”, a form opens on their server. eRecht24 processes incoming withdrawals exclusively on our behalf and does not use the data for its own purposes. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with eRecht24.

As subcontractors, eRecht24 uses the cyber-security service Friendly Captcha GmbH, Am Anger 3–5, 82237 Wörthsee, Germany, to protect the withdrawal form against automated misuse, and the mailing service provider MailPace Ltd., Unit G32, 111 Power Rd, Chiswick, London W4 5PY, United Kingdom, to send the confirmation emails. eRecht24 has concluded a data processing agreement with both service providers. An adequacy decision of the European Commission is in place for the United Kingdom.

Payment

Each session is paid for individually and in advance. There is no subscription, and nothing is debited automatically. You enter your payment data — for example your PayPal login details or your card number — exclusively with the payment service. We do not receive it and do not store it. We only receive confirmation that the amount has been received, together with a payment identifier through which we can assign your booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

News by email (marketing consent)

When booking, you can voluntarily tick a box to be informed by email about news and offers from aiastrologie.com. For this purpose, we store your email address as well as the times of your sign-up and your confirmation. The sign-up only becomes effective once you confirm it via the link in our confirmation email (double opt-in); without confirmation, you will not receive any emails, and the entry will be deleted after 30 days.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 7(2) no. 2 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG)). You can unsubscribe at any time – via the link in every email, by email to fischer (at) aiastrologie.com or by telephone. After unsubscribing, you will not receive any further emails; we retain the times of sign-up, confirmation and unsubscription as proof of consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Sending is carried out via our own system; no external newsletter service is used.

6. eCommerce and payment providers

Processing of customer and contract data

We collect, process and use personal customer and contract data for the establishment, structuring and amendment of our contractual relationships. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill for it. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The customer data collected is deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship and expiry of any applicable statutory retention periods. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transfer upon conclusion of contracts for services and digital content

We transfer personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the bank entrusted with payment processing.

No further transfer of the data takes place, or only if you have expressly consented to the transfer. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

The basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Payment services

We integrate payment services of third-party companies on our website. When you make a purchase from us, your payment data (e.g. name, payment amount, bank account details, credit card number) is processed by the payment service provider for the purpose of payment processing. The respective contractual and data protection provisions of the respective providers apply to these transactions. The payment service providers are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract processing) and in the interest of a payment process that is as smooth, convenient and secure as possible (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as your consent is requested for certain actions, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis for the data processing; consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

We use the following payment services / payment service providers on this website:
