Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at aiastrologie.com via the button "Withdraw from contract", which is accessible in the footer of every page. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided, up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, in comparison with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have provided the service in full and only began performing it after you gave your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.

You cannot withdraw from a consultation that has been completed. By ticking the box before the start, you confirmed that the consultation should begin immediately and that your right of withdrawal ends when it is completed.
If you cancel an ongoing consultation and then withdraw, we will refund you the price, minus the share for the time you already had.
There is no subscription with us. Nothing is debited automatically, and nothing renews by itself. Each session is paid for individually and in advance — via your own PayPal account or your card, directly with the payment service. You enter your payment details there, not with us: we see neither your account details nor your card number, nor do we store them. All we receive is the confirmation that payment has been made.
